By launching, playing, or otherwise using CYBER GRID — Pixel Surge ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play the Game for non-commercial entertainment. This does not include any right to:

Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Game.
Modify, decompile, or reverse-engineer the Game's code.
Use the Game's content, assets, or branding in any other product.

03 Game Content

All visual elements, sounds, characters, gameplay mechanics, text, and code are the property of their creators and protected by copyright law. No in-game item or score has any real-world monetary value.

04 Fair Play

You agree to play fairly. You will not:

Use cheats, exploits, bots, or unauthorized third-party software.
Attempt to interfere with the Game's normal operation or security.

05 No Real-Money Gambling

This is a casual skill game. It does not involve real money, real prizes, or gambling of any kind. All scores and achievements have no cash value.

07 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Game.
